As we wind down to the Christmas holidays, I want to say a very big thank you to all my new and existing valued clients who chose to use my services despite these tough economic times.
I understand staff training and investment can often, understandably, take second place in favour of more immediate financial commitments you may have. It is therefore such a huge compliment you chose to use my services under these circumstances in 2022.
Recently, I have been selling various glass items I have had for years on a well known auction site. It has been amazing to me the kind reviews people have taken the time to write. Things we take as normal in the bridal industry, superb customer care, great customer service and fantastic communication, well wrapped/packaged items have all been highlighted. And, whatever a customer spends, however large or small, everyone being given the same courtesy.
This only highlights to me again how brilliant you all are. As I always say, the high street (and online sites?!) can learn a lot from bridal retailers and designers. Keep up the fantastic work and well done!
Look out for new offers coming your way next year as I celebrate my 20th year in business. I shall be advertising as normal in Wedding Trader magazine, and of course, on my social media.
