On the cusp of a new year I’d like to say a huge well done to all the people who make this bridal industry what it is today. It’s a triumph to be successful in a good year, let alone today with the national and international economy as it is.
This is something you should be very, very proud of. No other retail sector, in my opinion, can touch what you do in terms of delivering fantastic customer care and service.
As I always say, regular retail could learn a lot from you.
